WICHTIGSTE INFORMATIONEN
Ort
Die Studio Sessions finden im Lounge Studios Berlin statt.
Erich-Weinert Straße 139
10409 Berlin
Parkplätze befinden sich auf der Straße. Je nach Tageszeit kann es etwas dauern, einen Parkplatz zu finden – plant daher vorsichtshalber ein paar zusätzliche Minuten ein.
Bezahlung
Die Anzahlung wurde bereits bei der Buchung geleistet.
Der Restbetrag wird nach der Bildauswahl per Rechnung gestellt und kann bequem per Überweisung beglichen werden.
Ablauf
Jeder Shootingslot dauert 30 Minuten.
Die tatsächliche Shootingzeit liegt bei etwa 20–25 Minuten.
Bitte kommt maximal 5 Minuten vor eurem Termin im Studio an, damit der Ablauf für alle entspannt bleibt.
Im Studio gibt es einen separaten Raum, in dem ihr eure Sachen ablegen, euch umziehen oder kleine Touch-ups machen könnt. Dort steht auch ein Spiegel zur Verfügung.
Außerdem stelle ich ein paar Getränke bereit, an denen ihr euch gerne bedienen könnt.

Schuhe
Straßenschuhe sind im Studio leider nicht erlaubt.
Bitte zieht eure Schuhe bereits am Eingang aus. Es stehen Slipper und Überzieher zur Verfügung.
Wenn ihr auf den Fotos Schuhe tragen möchtet (ansonsten empfehle ich oft barfuß), bringt bitte ein separates Paar mit, dessen Sohlen ihr vorher sauber gemacht habt.
Wenn möglich, wählt eher schlichte und zeitlose Schuhe – zum Beispiel Boots, Stiefel oder andere klassische Modelle.
Outfits
Bringt gerne 2–3 verschiedene Outfits mit. So können wir während des Shootings ein wenig variieren und unterschiedliche Bildstimmungen entstehen lassen.
Für Frauen bringe ich außerdem eine kleine Auswahl an Kleidung mit (Strick, Jeans, Kleider), die im Vorraum auf einer Kleiderstange hängen wird. Ihr könnt euch daraus gerne etwas ausleihen.

Business- oder LinkedIn-Portraits
Wenn ihr als Familie kommt, aber auch gerne ein aktuelles Portrait für berufliche Zwecke haben möchtet, bringt einfach zusätzlich ein passendes Outfit mit.
Wir können während der Session problemlos auch ein paar klassische Portraitaufnahmen dafür machen.
Hunde
Wenn ihr euren Hund mitbringen möchtet, ist das grundsätzlich möglich.
Gebt mir bitte vorab kurz Bescheid, damit ich das beim Studio anmelden kann.
Sollte es draußen nass sein, wischt bitte vorher einmal kurz die Pfoten ab.
Hunde dürfen im Studio leider nicht auf die Sofas – bringt daher am besten eine eigene Decke mit.
Kinder
Wenn ihr mit euren Kindern kommt und sie gerade ein Kuscheltier oder ein anderes kleines Utensil haben, das ihnen besonders wichtig ist, bringt es gerne mit.
Das kann helfen, dass sie sich im Studio und vor der Kamera schneller wohlfühlen.
Bildauswahl
Etwa zwei Wochen nach dem Shooting erhaltet ihr eine persönliche Online-Galerie.
Dort könnt ihr eure Lieblingsbilder auswählen oder eure Galerie auf alle Bilder upgraden.

Location
The Studio Sessions take place at Lounge Studios Berlin.

Parking is available on the street. Depending on the time of day, it can take a little while to find a spot, so please plan a few extra minutes for parking.
Payment
The deposit has already been paid when booking the session.
The remaining balance will be invoiced after the image selection and can be paid via bank transfer.
Schedule
Each session slot lasts 30 minutes.
The actual shooting time will be around 20–25 minutes.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session so the schedule can run smoothly for everyone.
There is a separate room in the studio where you can leave your belongings, change outfits or do small touch-ups. A mirror is available there as well.
I will also place a few drinks in the room that you are welcome to enjoy.

Shoes
Street shoes are unfortunately not allowed in the studio.
Please remove your shoes at the entrance. Slippers and shoe covers are available.
If you would like to wear shoes in your photos (otherwise I often recommend barefoot), please bring a separate pair with clean soles.
If possible, choose simple and timeless styles such as boots or other classic shoes.
Outfits
Feel free to bring 2–3 different outfits.
This gives us the opportunity to create a bit of variety during the session.
I will also bring a small selection of clothing for women (knits, jeans, dresses), which will be available on a clothing rack in the preparation room. You are welcome to borrow any of these pieces.
For inspiration, please take a look at the moodboards beforehand.
Business or LinkedIn Portraits
If you are coming as a family but would also like an updated portrait for professional use, feel free to bring an additional outfit.
We can easily include a few classic portraits during your session.
Dogs
You are welcome to bring your dog.
Please just let me know in advance so I can inform the studio.
If it has been raining outside, please wipe your dog's paws before entering.
Dogs are not allowed on the couches, so please bring your own blanket if needed.
Children
If you are coming with children and they have a favorite stuffed animal or another small item that is important to them at the moment, feel free to bring it along.
It can help them feel more comfortable in the studio.
Image Selection
About two weeks after the shoot, you will receive a personal online gallery.
There you can select your favorite images or upgrade to receive the full gallery.
